Legislature Passes Bill to Study eBike Crashes
The Florida Legislature has passed a bill that will require that data be gathered on eBike crashes. Previously, such events were not attributed to eBikes in most jurisdictions. Early versions of the bill had included things such as requiring drivers licenses for some eBikes and an eMoto category.
